It is recommended that test coordinators review all users for the 2019-2020 school year to ensure personnel have proper access. Additional information on managing user accounts is in the TIDE User Management Guidance Document.

    Test Administrator Certification Courses

The “TA Certified” flag in TIDE has been cleared for all users for the 2019-2020 school year. Users must have a TIDE account in order to access the optional TA Certification Course. TIDE will track which users have completed the course during the 2019-2020 school year. Test coordinators can view the “TA Certified” flag in TIDE under the view/edit manage users task. More information regarding the TA Certification Course is available in the TA Certification Course Companion Document.

Note: The TIDE view/edit manage users task has been updated with a new “TA Alt Certified” flag. Users should look for future communications regarding this new flag.
